Recently, Konami released the official list of licenses in the 2020 iteration of the game (you can see it here: https://www.konami.com/wepes/2020/us/en-us/all/page/license), so I decided to make a TL;DR version of that list, while also pointing out the correct names of the generic teams and uploading a pack with the correct team crests.
